I do love Lucy!!!

It was sad to realize that Dorothy Kilgallen's baby would be about 11 upon her death in 1965

If you like Classic TV from of the 50's, I found a catalog site that makes it easy to find and watch episodes streaming from Archive.org at:

The Classic TV Channel

There are currently over 400 individual episodes of about 30 different programs, and the site is growing day by day. Check it out!

Compare this classic game show to something like "Deal or No Deal". No contest.

This episode is one of the more fun ones for a few reasons. When they have on the guy who sells maternity clothes, the (sexually repressed, I suppose) 50's audience goes apoplectic over anything having the slightest thing to do with sex! Steve Allen also seems to have great difficulty during his questioning. This in itself is a rarity, because he is known for improvisational humor and thinking well on his feet.

Lucy's method of disguising her voice provides lot's more fun for everyone!

Plus you have Deborah Kerr subbing for Bennett Cerf right after "From here to Eternity"! How's that for a time capsule worth seeing?

I love this show! It's so nice to see a show from an era when game shows had nicely dressed people.
